Common faults we encounter include:

• Keyboards - missing keys, intermittent sound
• Broken, damaged or missing leads
• Semi-functional headphones
• Damaged connectors on keyboard interface boxes

All are generally easy and inexpensive to repair and do not always require new replacements. We recently saved a school in South Manchester considerable expenditure on new headphones by repairing rather than replacing them.
